NC’s Good Governance Committee reviewing country’s education system
The Good Governance Committee of the Upper House is reviewing the education system for deliberation in the upcoming 24th session of the National Council.
On 27th & 28th August 2019, the Good Governance Committee met with the teaching faculty of Pelkhil High School and the proprietor of Tiny Toes ECCD (Early Child Care Development Centre) to continue with the ongoing consultative meetings with schools and ECCDS for the review of the education system.
And on August 21, 2019, the Good Governance Committee met with Zilukha Middle Secondary School and Rinchen Kuenphen Primary School led by their principals, vice principals and staffs.
The meeting was convened to understand what initiatives the schools have undertaken to impart quality education, the challenges they face in implementing these initiatives and ultimately to take away their recommendations for the betterment of the education system.
On 20th August 2019, the Good Governance Committee met with Babesa Higher Secondary School and Rinchen Higher Secondary School led by their principals, vice principals and staffs.
